Monster Mash

Mama Hop and Aunt Leanne rolled into town yesterday.  As always, they came bearing gifts.  This one was a big hit: a one-eyed monster that sings "Monster Mash".  Despite her insistance that "it's broken" while gesturing at his one lone eye, Josie was in love.

 Merryn was about as enthused about "Monster Mash" as she was about "Love Machine".  She screamed in terror and ran as fast as she could in the other direction.  She refused to associate with Mama Hop for nearly an hour.  I hope Mama Hop is prepared to pay those expensive therapy bills for the emotional trauma she heaped upon that poor child.
