In the spirit of true sibling rivalry, Josie isn't above doing an unflattering imitation of her little sister. It involves putting her fists up to her eyes and exclaiming "Wah Wah!" If you haven't seen it, click HERE.
Well Josie, it was only a matter of time before Merryn returned the favor. Merryn's impersonation of Josie involves...drum roll please..."The Face":
Of course Merryn's "attitude face" conveys more humor than sass because the kid has the hardest time stifling a smile!
In other fun news around here, Josie is making significant gains in her well-documented aversion to standing and walking! The same tactic we are using to motivate Josie to overcome her struggles with eating is also helping in the gross motor department - music! It's finally starting to set in that her repertoire of dance moves can really expand if she isn't sitting down! Her balance is still a little shaky and her gait is still a little awkward, but we are so proud of her progress!
So cute!!
ReplyDeleteCute!!!
ReplyDeleteI love how she actually knows the words and was trying to touch her toes, her clothes, and have a pretend phone in her hand! So cute!
ReplyDeleteSuper cute! Love the new header too!
ReplyDeleteIs that like Zoolander's "Face"?
ReplyDeleteWhat a personality.
No, I've actaully never seen that movie. It's just a face Josie started making to denote defiance and attitude. She has no shortage of attitude!
DeleteI think that you would enjoy the movie at least once. Derek Zoolander (Ben Stiller) is a male model with a number of signature "faces" that all look the same.
DeleteJosie is a Ke$ha fan! That's one of my favorite songs for Zumba. :)
ReplyDeleteOur little one is motivated by music and mirrors. She loves to see herself. Loving your blog.
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness! How cute is that?!
ReplyDeleteI can't wait for her to take a dance class! please please please mom can she??? Imagine the tutus, the bun, the jazz hands! Go JoJo go JoJo...
