In other news, we sold our home (woo hoo!!!!) contingent upon an appraisal from the prospective buyers' financial institution. The appraiser came this afternoon. Aunt Leanne informed me that she was very polite to the bank appraiser. In addition to flattering the appraiser by telling her that she was very pretty, Leanne invited her to stay and watch the Disney Channel with her. Leanne is her name, and schmoozing is her game. I'm thinking that we've got this deal in the bag. Thanks, Leanne!
